About Us

Hi, We're happy you found us! My name is Johnsie, my husband Ryan and I are your local flower farmers. Hope Blooms Farm is a small flower farm in Kenly, NC. We also grow gourmet garlic and have a pear orchard. I am new to flower farming but farming is not new to me. I grew up in the Piedmont of North Carolina on a 50 acre farm. I have been growing vegetable gardens since I was 10 years old. I moved to Columbus, Ohio to attend law school and met my husband, Ryan, in law school. Ryan is from Fleming County, Kentucky. He went to the University of Kentucky, but even though I'm an N.C. State alumni, I do not hold that against him. Ryan did not grow up on a farm, but he loved the idea of farming.  We moved back to North Carolina, because we love the weather and we wanted to one day own a farm.  Dreams do come true ! Now, we are living our dream with our three daughter bosses, Lilyana, Ava, and Sophia. We grow flowers, gourmet garlic, and pears. I am the flower expert and Ryan is the garlic expert. Well, we are trying to get there. We continue to expand our operations every year and we look forward to continuing to provide our knowledge and farm products to the community.
